Job Description

As a VIP New Business Executive at DraftKings, you will be instrumental in streamlining and enhancing the onboarding and acquisition of high-value players. This role involves actively prospecting, attracting, and developing new VIP players in your region, as well as ideating and executing regional player acquisition events. You will implement localized go-to-market strategies, manage business plans to achieve revenue targets, and contribute to net revenue and compliance initiatives, all while creating an exceptional player experience to drive brand advocacy.

  • Experience managing a book of high-value accounts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain State Gaming Licenses.
  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

As a VIP New Business Executive, you’ll streamline and enhance our onboarding and acquisition of our high-value players. You’ll be a part of a team that prospects and sources to build relationships and continuously engage your customers. You’ll play a key role in supporting the launch of a new endeavor that represents the next evolution of our customer experience and market growth strategy. This role contributes to a new, high-impact initiative that will expand DraftKings’ offerings in innovative and customer-centric ways.

What you’ll do as a VIP New Business Executive

  • Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in your region.
  • Ideate, create, and execute regional DraftKings Player Acquisition events.
  • Implement a localized go-to-market strategy and develop VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits.
  • Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while executing against all VIP policies and guidelines including responsible gaming policies.
  • Create a player experience that will drive high levels of brand advocate.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts.
  • Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with preferred pre-existing customer relationships.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
  • This is a commission-based position. Total compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
