Booming Games is seeking an all-round talent for their Berlin office to take responsibility for a diverse range of tasks. This hybrid, part-time position (10 hours/week) involves supporting the HR Manager with organizational tasks, managing the Berlin office, and handling administrative duties. Key responsibilities include welcoming new employees, ordering office supplies, managing mail, liaising with building management, organizing team events, and assisting with travel and finance-related administrative tasks.

About the role

Booming Games currently employs more than 175 colleagues from 45 countries. We have offices in Berlin and Malta, as well as freelancers all over the world. For our Berlin location, we are looking for an all-round talent to take responsibility for a diverse range of tasks. You will support our HR Manager with organizational tasks and take care of our Berlin office and administrative activities. The position comprises 10 hours / week in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming new employees on-site
  • Ordering office supplies, managing mail and courier services
  • Contact person for local building management
  • Overview of employee anniversaries and organization of gifts for various occasions
  • Support in organizing on-site team events
  • Assistance with local travel organization, hotel research, etc.
