Job Description

This role is part of the Tech Connect team within the Products & Technology IT Operations organization. The Office Support Specialist, Senior Associate partners with internal customers to provide technology support and consultation services related to hardware and application usage and process automation. The role involves resolving incidents, occasional travel between offices for support, participating in pager support programs, and collaborating with IT functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality client service.
Must Have:
  • Provide technology support and consultation to internal customers.
  • Resolve incidents promptly, including after-hours support.
  • Travel between offices for issue resolution or project support.
  • Participate in pager support and occasional after-hours maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT functional teams to meet service levels.
  • Advise on optimizing operational and cost effectiveness.
  • Conduct customer education and communicate technical information.
  • Collaborate to achieve common goals.
  • Assist customers with data analytics and automation tools.
  • Take ownership of issues and additional tasks.
  • Technical experience with hardware and networked applications.
  • Experience with incident, request, and asset management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, automation, and scripting.
  • Support audio-video and video conference equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android OS.
  • Proficiency in M365 office productivity tools.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server management.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Required to work on-site.

Job Description & Summary

This role is part of the Tech Connect team within the Products & Technology IT Operations organization. The role primarily focuses on partnering with internal customers to provide technology support and consultation services related to hardware and application usage and process automation.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Office Support Specialist, Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with internal customers to provide technology support and consultation services
  • Resolve incidents in a timely manner, including after-hours support
  • Travel between offices occasionally to resolve issues or support major projects or deployments
  • Participate in local office pager support programs and occasional after-hours maintenance
  • Work closely with IT functional teams to meet service level expectations
  • Provide advice and recommendations on optimizing and improving operational and cost effectiveness
  • Conduct customer education programs and communicate technical information to varied audiences
  • Collaborate with others to achieve common goals and maintain harmony
  • Assist customers with data analytics and automation tools
  • Raise your hand to take ownership of issues and additional tasks
