Join our team as a Customer Order Management Intern with German, where you’ll support the dynamic DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and play a pivotal role in managing customer orders, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows. Your role involves supporting the Sales Back Office (SBO) team by managing and cleaning activities before order entry into SAP, creating customer offers for the DACH region, working in SFDC to list and clean orders for SAP processing, and collaborating with the allocation team for delivery dates.
Must Have:
  • Be a student with at least two years of studies, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field.
  • Be familiar with MS Office, with intermediate level of Excel (pivots, basic functions) being a plus.
  • Be fluent in Polish and English, and have strong proficiency in German (B1/B2 level).
  • Be proactive, enjoy dynamic environments, eager to learn, and willing to take on new activities.
  • Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Order Management Intern with German, where you’ll support the dynamic DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and play a pivotal role in managing customer orders, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows.

Your Role:

  • Support the Sales Back Office (SBO) team by managing and cleaning activities before order entry into SAP. Gain hands-on experience with order management and supply chain operations within the Philips Health Systems Digital Imaging portfolio.
  • Create customer offers, targeting clients within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Work in SFDC environment to list and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing. Enhance your understanding of the Quote to Invoice process for the DACH region.
  • Work closely with the allocation team to obtain delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

  • You are a student with at least two years of studies, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
