The Analista de Operaciones will be responsible for handling claims, managing reports for medical expense policies, and digitizing customer information in the Sacys system. They will also provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The candidate will interact with other areas of the business, offering a great opportunity for growth.

  • Digitalizar toda la información correspondiente a los clientes de gastos médicos en nuestro sistema Sacys.

  • Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente interno y externo.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Formación académica en carreras administrativas, finanzas o afines (estudiante de últimos semestres, profesional y/o técnico)

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en temas administrativos de digitación, preferiblemente del sector asegurador.

  • Manejo de Microsoft office (especialmente Excel)
