Estamos buscando a una persona con gran talento para hacer prácticas uniéndose a nuestro equipo de Business & client Services en la oficina de Madrid, realizando tareas de análisis de datos, descarga de documentos y reporting financiero.

Contaremos contigo para:

• Descarga de informes en el sistema propio de facturación.
• Análisis de datos para conseguir información financiera
• Revisión de documentación y contratos
• Manejo de CRM y nociones de Oracle (Sistema de facturación)
• Inventario de documentación y archivo

Lo que necesitas tener:

• Preferiblemente grado medio Gestión Administrativa o estudiante de grado
• Interés y/o conocimiento en temas financieros  
• Dominio del paquete Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Especialemente excel
• Buen nivel de inglés, escrito y hablado.
• Atención a los detalles, iniciativa y un sentido alto de la responsabilidad
• Capacidad organizativa y orden
• Habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con clientes internos y externos
