1. Insight into game content trends on overseas content platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, analyzing the creator ecosystem across various regions and platforms, and formulating targeted creator collaboration strategies to serve publishing goals.

2. Through data, characterize high-value creators for long-term collaboration, and design cooperation models and incentive programs for signed creators.

3. Collaborate with regional influencer teams to discover KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) resources, and formulate recruitment plans, growth paths, and management methods.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of work experience, familiar with MOBA games, and possess certain experience in gaming/live streaming.

2. Data-driven, with a data-driven analytical mindset and methodology for the game creator ecosystem.

3. Possess excellent communication skills, strong team collaboration awareness, and proactively identify and collaboratively solve problems.

4. Possess innovative spirit and adaptability, with rigorous logic and clear organization.
