Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Partner Account Manager Administrator/ Team Lead. This role involves leading negotiations with affiliate partners, resolving complex requests from paying members, acquiring new partnerships, developing growth strategies, providing consultancy and support, conducting performance analysis, monitoring account activities, and preparing development reports. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2), proficient in Google Workspace, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.

We are looking for an Administrator/ Team Lead of the Partner Account Manager group.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Leading frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners
    • Resolving complex requests from paying members
    • Acquiring new partnerships through multi-channel approaches
    • Leveraging market data and insights from central teams to develop winning partner growth strategies
    • Providing consultancy, support, and training on using internal system portals
    • Conducting performance analysis on regional accounts and identifying opportunities for expansion
    • Monitoring partner account activities and offering timely, precise solutions
    • Preparing development reports and managing the submission of development pipelines

    We expect from you:

    • Fluency in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Prior experience in a leadership role, ideally in affiliate or partner management
    • Excellent negotiation and critical thinking abilities
    • Strong time management and teamwork skills
    • Ability to stay composed under pressure and find professional solutions in complex situations

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
    • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
