Job Description

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key RGS partners. This includes day-to-day management, ensuring delivery of commercial strategies, and fostering excellent communication and feedback. Responsibilities encompass onboarding new partners, managing partner performance, aligning roadmaps with the Games Specialist, standardizing processes, collaborating with the Promotions Manager on marketing strategies, conducting commercial analysis, and managing revenue expectations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the online gaming industry, strong leadership skills, and experience developing strategic plans. A deep understanding of the iGaming market and consumer products is crucial.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager who is passionate and driven by creating and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery, distribution and partnership management of all Bragg RGS Partners. The role includes providing day to day management to all RGS partners, ensuring that each defined commercial strategy is being delivered and that we have a fantastic relationship with our partners through regular communications and feedback on game performance and roadmap delivery.


Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the relationship, strategy & deliveries of our existing RGS partners;
  • Responsible for the successful onboarding of new RGS Partners from first contact to launch;
  • Responsible for RGS Partner performance and day-to-day relationship management;
  • Working with the Games Specialist, ensure that all roadmaps are mapped, aligned and delivered on time;
  • Standardize delivery, distribution requirements and reporting processes across all RGS Partners;
  • Working with the Promotions Manager ensure that RGS Partner games have maximum uptake through marketing and promotions strategies ensuring that any Partner contributions are agreed and utilised;
  • Capable of detailed commercial analysis and making data driven decisions when providing recommendations;
  • Effectively manage RGS Partner revenue expectations & targets.


What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the online gaming industry;
  • Broad leadership experience, ideally within a B2B environment with a proven track record of high performance;
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and operational plans;
  • Strong knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the industry;
  • Experience working with senior and exec level partners;
  • In depth understanding of consumer products and platforms.

  • A degree or equivalent would be preferred, but not essential.
