Job Description

As Process Efficiency Project Manager, you will define and implement processes/solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve quality and productivity across teams. You will analyze existing processes, lead improvement projects, utilize Lean Six Sigma, and work with cross-functional teams. This role requires managing complex projects, strong stakeholder management, experience with RPA/automation, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for improving processes and driving efficiency.

Description:

As Process Efficiency Project Manager you will  define and implement processes/solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve quality and productivity of various teams across region.

We will count on you to:

  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, implementing changes to streamline operations.

  • Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met within scope and time.

  • Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to develop and implement strategies for enhancing processes.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand workflows, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in managing complex, regional projects with a track record of successful outcomes ideally within matrix organization.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, incl. Senior Executives.

  • Experience in working with RPA/automation technologies to enhance process efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis to drive decision-making and process improvements.

  • Proficiency in English.
