Process Painting Technical Conductor (PCR)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in meeting S.Q.T.C. goals (Safety, Quality, Time, and Costs);
• Practice PDCA Cycle and ensure continuous improvement through suggestions and Kaizen.
• Train and develop people; disseminating and empowering employees according to Nissan Way Actions and Mindset.
• Monitor the efficiency and performance of processes, proactively adjusting and solving quality problems, providing continuous support to the production line;
• Perform technical analysis of processes, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions;
• Support the development and implementation of improvements in production lines, ensuring greater productivity and safety;
• Be autonomous in performing activities;
• Good communication and synthesis skills;

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Technical course completed or Graduation (ongoing or completed)
• Experience with Painting & Plastic
