Responsibilities
- Business Analyst Intern
- Turn research and knowledge into actionable plans to support team on new technologies or best practices (if any)
- Do in charge/ Support gathering, analyzing, and creating product development requirements.
- Be creative when working with the team and get involved in giving advice to improve the product.
- Build test cases and conduct test features/product
- Develop documentation to guide users on how to use new features
- Receive ticket feedback from users (bugs,...) on the channels, manage tickets until completed and report
- Jobs are assigned by superiors

- Track progress or create reports for projects or features
- Other tasks assigned by the Product Manager

Requirements
- Senior or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
- BA certificates is an advantage.

- Possess basic knowledge about requirement gathering/ management.
- Pro-activeness (self-starter), good communication and fast learning.
- Good for logical thinking and problem solving.
- Good at using MS Office, Excel, Gsuite; Understanding of data structures and proficiency in SQL/Python is an advantage
