The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy for Demandbase's Integrations and Partner Ecosystem. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, driving adoption of integrations, and enabling teams. Responsibilities include leading GTM strategy, creating sales enablement content, collaborating with partner and product teams, and conducting market research. The candidate will also be responsible for promoting data products. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and a deep understanding of product strategy and customer value.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a full-time Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead positioning, go-to-market, and cross-functional enablement for Demandbase’s Integrations and Partner Ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, technical integrations, and customer value. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our partner ecosystem by crafting compelling narratives, driving adoption of integrations, and enabling teams to bring value to life. Additionally, this role will equip sales and marketing teams with the tools and knowledge to promote data products.

The base compensation range for this position for candidates in the SF Bay Area is: $120,000 - $150,000. For all other locations, the base compensation range is based on the primary work location of the candidate as our ranges are location specific. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset, years of experience, and depth of experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead GTM strategy for Demandbase integrations and partner solutions
  • Drive internal alignment with product, partnerships, and sales
  • Deliver integrated launch plans across owned, earned, and partner channels

Positioning & Messaging

  • Craft compelling value propositions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Define messaging for platform and integration stories tailored to buyer personas
  • Create sales enablement content including battlecards, slides, FAQs

Partner & Integration Enablement

  • Collaborate with the partner and product teams to activate integrations
  • Support the launch of strategic partners, new channels, and new partner products
  • Drive customer and partner success through effective storytelling

Market Intelligence & Evangelism

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research
  • Be the voice of the partner GTM in cross-functional teams
  • Track and share metrics that define success of partner/integration adoption

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience marketing platform products, integrations, or partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with partner marketing, channel and business development teams
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into customer-centric stories and business outcomes
  • Proven track record of cross-functional influence and GTM execution
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
