Job Summary
Job Description
The Studio Supporter (S2) role acts as a liaison between KRAFTON HQ and its studios, leveraging production or business experience to coordinate and align opinions. Based on the shared vision of HQ and studios, the S2 provides support tailored to needs and circumstances, offering independent perspectives to guide studio and project direction. Key responsibilities include offering independent opinions on new projects to executives, coordinating viewpoints between HQ and development studios, understanding studio production directions, facilitating communication between HQ departments, and supporting Champion's decision-making with on-the-ground insights. The ideal candidate possesses deep understanding of life simulation games, relevant work experience or extensive gameplay, experience in Western publishing (especially US market), and excellent English communication.
Must have:
- Deep understanding of life simulation games
- Relevant experience or heavy player (life simulation)
- Western publishing experience (especially US)
- Excellent English communication
Good to have:
- 10+ years game dev experience (PD, CD, TD, PM)
- Understanding of game industry lifecycle

S2는 스튜디오 서포터(Studio Supporter)의 약자로, 제작 또는 사업 경험을 토대로 크래프톤 HQ와 스튜디오간 의견을 조율하고 조정하는 역할을 수행합니다.
HQ와 스튜디오가 나아가고자 하는 방향성에 기반해 필요와 상황에 맞게 지원하고, 또 독립적인 의견을 제시함으로써 스튜디오와 프로젝트의 방향을 제시하기도 합니다.

- 스튜디오/프로젝트와 관련된 독립적 의견 제시
- 게임 개발 또는 사업 전문가로서 신규 프로젝트에 대한 독립적인 의견을 경영진에 직접 제시
- HQ-개발 스튜디오 간 의견 조율
- 스튜디오의 제작 방향성을 이해하고 HQ의 각 유관 부서와의 의견 조율
- 실무 레벨에서 파악하여 Champion의 의사결정 지원
- 스튜디오와 크래프톤 내 각 본부에서 진행되는 일을 파악하여 Champion의 의사결정 지원

- 인생 시뮬레이션 장르에 대한 높은 이해가 있는 자
- 인생 시뮬레이션 장르 관련 업무 경험 보유 또는 해당 장르의 heavy player (이력서 내 Play 시간 기재)
- 서구 지역 퍼블리싱 경험 보유한 자
- 특히 미국을 중심으로, 서구권 게임 시장 및 유저에 대한 높은 이해 필요
- 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 자
- 해외 여행 결격 사유가 없는 분

- PD, CD, TD, PM 경력을 포함한 게임 개발 경력 최소 10년 이상
- 전반적인 게임 산업 Lifecycle에 대한 이해
