Program Manager, Trust & Safety (User Reporting)

The Trust and Safety team spans strategy, policy, online safety analysis, engineering, operations, and research, while supporting all parts of the Apple ecosystem. We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented Program Manager to drive regulatory efforts for the Trust & Safety team; with an express focus on user reporting efforts across Apple’s products and services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of trust and safety issues, exceptional program management skills, and demonstrated success collaborating across diverse teams. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of regulatory initiatives for the Trust & Safety team; with a specific emphasis on key efforts related to issue intake and governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of safety and trustworthiness. Key responsibilities include:
Program Execution: Contribute to the successful delivery of user-centric features that meet quality and timeline goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally across Apple to leverage collective skills and intelligence.
Complexity Reduction: Help simplify complex initiatives and align partners around clear goals.
Decision Making: Support informed decision-making and help balance priorities with business and user needs.
Product Vision & Strategy: Help define product vision and strategy for relevant areas.
Issue Resolution: Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot, and unblock issues.
Technical Understanding: Develop an understanding of complex technical projects and emerging technologies.
Communication & Collaboration: Connect with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives.
Legal & Compliance: Collaborate closely with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to design and implement solutions.
