We're looking for Public Relation Director, a dynamic professional to lead high-performing teams, ensuring the strategic planning and flawless execution of comprehensive PR campaigns.

You'll be the primary driver, proactively guiding your internal teams to deliver the most impactful and innovative PR solutions our agency can offer. You'll hold significant responsibility for providing exceptional thought leadership in the PR space and actively contributing to new business development for the agency.

We also expect you to remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving PR landscape, identifying emerging media trends, communications strategies, and creative storytelling practices. You'll play a crucial role in educating not only your immediate team but also the broader agency on these advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead strategic public relations plans and campaigns that align with client business objectives and enhance their brand reputation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on all PR-related matters, providing strategic counsel and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts (traditional and digital), influencers, and bloggers across relevant industries in Thailand.
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive PR campaigns, including media outreach, press conferences, events, and digital PR initiatives.
• Guide the creation of compelling press materials, including press releases, media kits, talking points, and Q&A documents.
• Develop and execute crisis communication plans and provide counsel to clients during sensitive situations.
• Lead and mentor a team of PR Managers and Executives, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Manage PR budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for client campaigns.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide regular performance reports to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to new business pitches by developing strategic PR proposals and presenting the agency's PR capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with creative, social media, and strategy teams to develop integrated communication campaigns that maximize impact.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in public relations, social media, and the Thai media landscape.

• 8-10+ years of PR experience, with significant time in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies.
• Expertise in media relations with a strong network of contacts.
• Proficiency in crisis communications and issues management.
• Strong understanding of content strategy across diverse platforms.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate PR teams.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in new business development or account growth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment
