The Publishing Lead of Internal Communications will be responsible for developing and executing the internal communication strategy for the Global Publishing organization. This includes planning and managing the annual/quarterly communication strategies and roadmaps, establishing and managing communication policies and guidelines aligned with the organization's vision and goals, planning and executing internal communication content such as newsletters, and managing communication channels. The role requires leading a team, fostering communication, and ensuring consistent messaging both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal communications within complex organizations, a passion for gaming and related communities, strong storytelling skills, and leadership experience. The candidate must not have any issues with international travel.
