The Qoo10 Sales Department's Sales Strategy & Insights office is recruiting for a Head of Sales Strategy & Insights position, responsible for overseeing sales strategy formulation and shopper insights, to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage in Japan's online beauty market.
Main Duties
- Formulating Qoo10 Japan sales growth strategies
- Overall operation of the Sales Strategy & Insights division
- Understanding and analyzing shopper insights
- Strategizing for new brand attraction and partnership expansion
- Analyzing sales team performance and proposing improvements
- Analyzing competitor strategies and devising countermeasures
- Understanding market trends
- Analyzing promotion results and providing insights
- Setting sales targets and managing achievement
Qualifications
- University degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience in the consumer goods online industry
- Organizational management experience (3+ years as a team leader of 5+ people)
- High communication skills
Preferred Conditions
- Managerial experience or higher in online beauty EC
- Experience launching beauty brands
- Business planning experience
- Business level English communication skills
