ZURU Tech is looking for a React JS Developer to contribute to the front-end development of web applications and handle production incidents. The role involves mentoring junior developers, ensuring a smooth user experience by working closely with customers, and building reusable components and front-end libraries. Responsibilities include translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript, extensive experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, and a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including workflows like Flux or Redux. Familiarity with EcmaScript specifications, common front-end tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM), business requirement translation, code versioning tools (Git), real-time databases (Firebase), cross-browser compatibility, and performance tuning is also required. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud servers, UX tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, and frameworks like AngularJS or CSS pre-processors like LESS or SASS are advantageous.
Must have:
- 3+ years of front-end web development experience
- Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap proficiency
- Thorough understanding of React.js
- Experience with React.js workflows (Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with EcmaScript specifications
- Experience with common front-end tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM)
- Ability to translate business to technical requirements
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git)
- Hands-on experience with real-time databases (Firebase)
- Experience in developing cross-browser compatible applications
- Good team player and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to launch deadlines
- Experience in performance tuning
Good to have:
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google cloud servers
- Working knowledge of UX tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Additional knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS)
- Additional knowledge of CSS pre-processors (LESS, SASS)

What are you Going to do?

What are we Looking for?
✔ 3+ years of experience in front-end web development is required
✔ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
✔ Extensive experience in working with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript
✔ Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
✔ Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
✔ Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
✔ Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
✔ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
✔ Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
✔ Working knowledge of AZURE or AWS or Google cloud servers.
✔ Hands on experience on real time databases (such as Firebase)
✔Experience in developing an application with cross-browser compatibility in IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Including Tablets, Phones, etc.
✔ Good team player
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Must be able to adhere to launch deadlines
✔ Working knowledge of UX tools like PhotoShop and Illustrator
✔ Must have experience in performance tuning
✔ Additional knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS and CSS pre-processors LESS or SASS would be an added advantage
