Meta is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our recruiting team for a short-term, in-office position. You'll manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure we meet their needs. You'll also analyze requirements, coordinate with team members, and manage pipeline activity. This role requires 10+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, engaging passive candidates, candidate care, experience with recruiting tools and data management, and the ability to build strong partnerships with internal leadership. Ideally, you will have experience in hiring talent within Eng and/or Tech XFN functions, including Software Engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) related roles.
