Job Description

IMC Trading is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Sydney, Australia. This role focuses on developing candidate and hiring manager relationships, scheduling interviews, managing the ATS, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating flexibility.
Good To Have:
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for candidates
  • Identify, drive and implement improvements to the recruitment process logistics
  • Collaborate across the globe and partner closely with recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work overtime during peak season
Must Have:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring mangers
  • Schedule on-site and virtual interviews for experienced hire roles
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle candidate queries
  • Provide operational administration support where needed including employee data updates, recruitment logistics, contract generation etc.
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling recruitment and HR issues and enquiries
  • Must be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills
