Job Responsibilities :
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will be based in Razer SEA HQ, overseeing HR for Singapore and smaller markets without dedicated HR support. Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC, this role partners closely with peer HR leads for Southeast Asia and Greater China, as well as global HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). The role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on HR operations, ensuring Razer delivers a consistent and high-quality employee experience across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Singapore-based HR team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services across the region.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and job changes) with a focus on compliance and employee experience.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment, onboarding, and work pass administration in Singapore.
- Act as HR lead for satellite APAC markets, providing end-to-end HR support in partnership with external vendors and business leaders.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy application across supported locations.
- Partner with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with organizational priorities.
- Design and implement programs for talent development, engagement, and retention across the region.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with peer HR leaders in APAC to ensure consistency in HR practices across APAC.
- Work with global HR COEs (Talent, Rewards, Learning, etc.) to localize and execute global initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to regional HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes.

- Solid knowledge of HR lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, compliance, and regional employment regulations (with strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws).
- Strong consulting and influencing skills to advise leaders and shape people strategies.
- Experience in driving development, engagement, and retention programs.
- Ability to lead and mentor a small HR team, fostering accountability and growth.
- Proficient in Workday® and HR analytics; capable of leveraging data for insights and decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
