Job Description
Provide support for Reliability analysis, including Environmental Stressing (Temp cycle, UHAST, HTSL, MSL), Physical Analysis (CSAM, Solderability), and support for RAP execution. Responsibilities also include tracking incoming and outgoing samples. The ideal candidate will have completed SPM result 5 credits or relevant qualifications and preferably 2-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The ability to collaborate effectively with peers, vendors, and cross-functional teams is essential.
Good To Have:
- 2-3 years semiconductor experience
Must Have:
- Support Reliability analysis
- Environmental Stressing
- Physical Analysis
- Support RAP execution
- Track samples
- SPM result 5 credit or relevant
- Work well with peers and vendors

Job Qualification
• Complete SPM result 5 credit result or relevant
• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Must be able to work well with peers, vendors, and FSL team across multi departments.
