Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Engagement Agent to join their team. This role involves making 100 warm outbound calls daily to existing users, managing live chat support, identifying user needs, and recommending product solutions. The agent will maintain CRM records, aim for 3 closed sales per week, and collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be independent, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Must Have:
  • Make 100 warm outbound calls daily to existing users (subscribers and free account holders)
  • Manage 2 hours of live chat support each day
  • Follow a structured calling and engagement process diligently
  • Identify user needs and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 closed sales per week
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Provide feedback on user trends and common queries to improve processes
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Work independently with a strong drive to achieve goals
  • Apply quick thinking and problem-solving abilities effectively
  • Commit fully to a single, full-time role
