Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be crucial in creating an exceptional customer experience by welcoming, guiding, and assisting customers while highlighting products. Must Have:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You will welcome them, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while highlighting our products. Acting in line with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and that of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

→ Sharing your knowledge about fashion and products to help customers make informed decisions.

→ Collaborating with your team to provide exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey.

→ Ensuring that the store and storage area are well-stocked, organized, and attractive.

→ Supporting store opening and closing.

→ Representing yourself and the brand positively in all interactions with customers.

We are looking for people with availability to work in one of the following schedules:

  • 16 hours per week: We require full availability to work in rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday; distributed over 4 days, 4 hours of work.

If you have 16 hours availability, when applying you must select the options: Between 10-20hrs.

To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor position, we use an online skills-based assessment in some of our stores. You will need to complete it as part of the selection process. Your responses will be evaluated using a tool that applies predefined criteria by H&M Group.
