The Sales Development Representative role focuses on a solution-oriented approach, prioritizing customer growth and shaping the future of go-to-market strategies. The role involves managing and iterating on inbound lead qualification, experimenting with multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified opportunities, and collaborating with Account Executives and marketing for seamless lead transfers. A key responsibility is partnering with sales leadership to refine lead funnel processes using Attio's platform. The ideal candidate is curious, driven, and focused on delivering value.

What you'll do

  • Manage and iterate on the qualification process for inbound sales leads

  • Experiment with targeted multi-channel outbound campaigns to drive qualified opportunities for sales

  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to ensure smooth lead transfers between teams

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop efficient lead funnel processes using Attio

What does the hiring process look like?

  1. Introductory phone call ~ 30 minutes

  2. Hiring manager interview ~ 30 minutes

  3. Take home written exercise

  4. Final Round ~ 4 x 30 minute interviews

  5. Offer stage

A lot of our interviews are enabled through self-scheduling but we are always on hand to speak to you or answer questions throughout the process. At the offer stage, you may want to speak to more of the team, see a demo, or have other suggestions for us.
