Must have:

  • Provide consultative, strategic support to customers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including proposals and negotiations.
  • Stay informed on product developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Solid understanding of the roaming business, technologies, and testing standards.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience with software products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
Good to have:
  • Experience with call center technologies.
  • Knowledge of IVR and messaging solutions.

We are seeking a sales professional with strong roaming industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of roaming technologies and testing standards with proven success in software sales and business development. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building trusted client relationships, and expanding our presence in assigned markets.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive revenue growth through account penetration, territory development, and new business generation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide consultative, strategic support to customers, demonstrating how our products and services address their needs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including value proposition development, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay informed on product developments, technical services, market trends, and competitor activity, sharing insights internally and externally.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Solid understanding of the roaming business, including underlying technologies and testing standards.
  • 5+ years of proven field sales experience with software products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
  • Multilingual skills are a strong plus.
