The company is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their Finance team in São Paulo and Thessaloniki. This role involves managing daily accounting operations, analyzing monthly financial results for accurate reporting, coordinating annual financial audits, collaborating with external and internal stakeholders, and supporting the ERP system. The analyst will also be responsible for delivering ad hoc requests and providing timely updates on financial results and key issues to leadership, contributing to financial and accounting efficiency within a scaling organization.

Good To Have:

Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA/ACA qualification
Relevant years of financial reporting/accounting in a corporate international environment
Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Experience with formal audit processes
Excellent MS Office, especially Excel
Good knowledge of IFRS standards
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Let’s Start with the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our growing Finance team in São Paulo and specifically our offices in Thessaloniki. This is a great opportunity for professionals who aspire to advance their careers in Accounting by driving financial and accounting efficiency within our scaling organization.

As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will:

Manage and oversee daily operations within the Accounting Department;
Analyze and evaluate monthly financial results to ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with Group policies;
Coordinate the annual financial audit, preparing all necessary documentation and overseeing the process from start to finish;
Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies) and internal stakeholders (e.g.,tax, accounts payable and treasury teams);
Deliver ad hoc requests and participate in special projects when requested;
Support and optimize the existing ERP system by gathering and processing data to generate comprehensive financial reports;
Provide timely, accurate updates on assigned tasks, financial results, and key issues to leadership.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting;
A Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an ACCA/ACA qualification, is considered as a plus;
Relevant years of combined financial reporting/accounting within a corporate international environment;
Experience with formal audit processes;
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
Good knowledge of IFRS standards;
Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central is considered an asset.
Highly analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
Strong organizational, planning, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, paired with a strategic and creative mindset;
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment and meet tight deadlines.
