The Senior Analyst - Career Consulting Delivery will be responsible for preparing customized statistical reports for Mercer clients, ensuring quality and timeliness. They will participate in rewards and benefits projects, prepare data analyses, and develop relationships with Mercer consultants. The role involves peer-reviewing analyses, ensuring high levels of service, and building Excel templates. Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Client-centric approach.
  • Business maturity and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good to have:
  • Interest or experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA, R, Python.
  • Degree in a relevant field, e.g. mathematics, economics, statistics, HR

Senior Analyst - Career Consulting Delivery

Analytical Solutions Team (AST) is responsible for preparing customized statistical reports for Mercer clients, ensuring the required standards of quality and timeliness. The Team supports Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

We will count on you to:

  • Participate in rewards and benefits projects ranging from compensation and benefits analysis, job evaluation to pay grading systems recommendations
  • Prepare data analyses, customized reports in the area of total rewards to Mercer consultants and clients across EMEA region including deviation reports, executive remuneration audits, gender equality analysis, benefit benchmarking reports, etc.
  • Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants across the EMEA region  
  • Support consultants with data insights through e-mails and during client calls
  • Peer-review colleagues’ analyses and reports
  • Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain Excel templates and tools, both internal and external


What you need to have: 

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position, working with internal clients on a regular basis
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and strong general computer literacy
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Client-centric approach
  • Business maturity and project management skills
  • Very strong analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics, ability to navigate various data environments, close attention to details, critical thinking
  • Ability to interpret data, as well as present it in an understandable format for non-technical colleagues or clients
  • Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced, flexible and remote environment
