Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Management Group team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Data Management specialists are the company’s data custodians. They monitor and maintain data management assets and processes, ensuring that business needs and security standards are met and that practices are optimized. With a few years of experience, a Senior Data Management Analyst is still growing as an individual contributor, but can tackle problems and get the job done, sometimes with guidance from senior team members.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage Account Setup via a series of integrated processes and systems and conduct prospect/client account setup tasks including, but not limited to: adds, registration conflicts, and investigations to enable high quality and dependable data management services

  • Liaise with regional teams, country / global colleagues and business contacts if research requires further investigation, or if new additions are identified to be added to the master repository

  • Complete entity matching of new and updated client/prospect business information against global database to minimize duplicates.

  • Comprehend quality improvement concepts including data profiling, root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement to assist with process improvement initiatives

  • Actively participate in data quality initiatives as well as projects undertaken to improve processes, analyses updates that are requested, and assists various colleagues in the firm with the more difficult reference data issues that arise

  • Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness in an efficient fashion

  • Provide training to internal colleagues as required and addresses client issues/inquiries to escalate to management

  • Facilitate diagnosis and resolution on all operational related client issues and inquiries
