About the role

You'll join our Engineering Experience team as a Senior DevOps engineer driving innovation in developer productivity tools and platforms. We combine industry-standard solutions (Jama, qTest, SonarQube, Develocity, Jenkins, Bitbucket TeamCity, GitLab, Artifactory) with custom-built in-house services that provide competitive advantages our engineering teams can't get elsewhere.

We expect you to own and contribute to our technical vision for our AWS/Kubernetes ecosystem, mentor and develop engineering talent, drive automation strategies that eliminate operational overhead, and collaborate with the team on building roadmaps.

What you will do

• Design AWS infrastructure with Terraform - provision EKS clusters, RDS instances, networking configuration etc.
• Build GitLab CI/CD pipelines with GitOps - automate deployments and management of Kubernetes clusters
• Architect Kubernetes solutions - implement scalable, monitored and observable solutions for container orchestration
• Collaborate in agile teams (SCRUM + Kanban) - deliver infrastructure solutions supporting rapid development cycles
• Mentor and lead less experienced team members

What will you need

• Proven DevOps/Platform engineering experience ideally, using GitLab
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC technology
• Strong container orchestration experience with Docker, Kubernetes or similar
• Be familiar with GitOps ideally, experience of using Flux CD or Argo CD for automated deployments
• Experience with Unix/Linux systems
• Be able to collaborate and innovate - solve problems as they arise, collaborate with immediate team members and stakeholders, propose and drive new initiatives
• Identify functional/non-functional requirements and provide technical design

• Monthly base salary starting from 5000-5700 EUR gross. Final offer will be based on your experience.
