The Senior Gamedev Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full hiring cycle, from creating job descriptions to extending offers. This role involves quickly filling vacancies for various roles, including Manager, Art, Engineering, and Product, and Seniorities, from Junior to C-Level, with high-quality candidates. The recruiter will work with candidates globally, source candidates using various job boards and databases, and develop and maintain the Employer Branding Strategy. The role requires a deep understanding of the hiring process and the ability to hire game talent globally.

- Experience partnering and working with leadership and executive teams.
Must Have:- 4+ years of game development recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter lead or talent acquisition lead.
- Deep understanding of all hiring stages.
- Experience recruiting various positions (art, technical, QA, etc.).
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Upper-intermediate level of English or above.
