Job Description

The Senior Gamedev Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full hiring cycle, from creating job descriptions to extending offers. This role involves quickly filling vacancies for various roles, including Manager, Art, Engineering, and Product, and Seniorities, from Junior to C-Level, with high-quality candidates. The recruiter will work with candidates globally, source candidates using various job boards and databases, and develop and maintain the Employer Branding Strategy. The role requires a deep understanding of the hiring process and the ability to hire game talent globally.

Must Have:
  • 4+ years of game development recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter lead or talent acquisition lead.
  • Deep understanding of all hiring stages.
  • Experience recruiting various positions (art, technical, QA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Good analytical and research skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or above.

We are looking for a Senior Gamedev Recruiter to hire awesome talents globally, as a sole recruiter. We have a remote working format.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full hiring cycle, from drafting the job description to carrying out all the stages of selection and making the offer
- Quickly fill vacancies of various types (Manager, Art, Engineering, Product, and so on) and Seniorities(from Junior to C-Level) with high-quality candidates
- Work with candidates globally in a variety of different talent markets
- Effectively source relevant candidates by locating and using a variety of different job boards and candidate databases
- Develop and maintain the Employer Branding Strategy

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in game development recruiting, with proven success in filling top-level job positions, including at least 1 C-Level position
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter lead or talent acquisition lead, ideally overseeing all recruitment in a company
- Deep understanding of all stages of the hiring process and hiring game talent globally
- Experience recruiting art, technical, QA, and management positions
- Proven success in filling top-level gamedev job positions, including at least 1 C-Level position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Good analytical and research skills
- Upper-intermediate level of English or above
