ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner where you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our recruitment strategy and attracting exceptional talent for our commercial, corporate and operations teams. Working closely with senior hiring managers and HR business partners, you’ll bring creativity and innovation to sourcing, streamlining recruitment processes, and delivering a standout candidate experience.
We are looking for someone with a solid background in talent acquisition at a senior level with demonstrated experience of working with senior leaders to influence recruitment decisions. Experience within the iGaming and/or sports industries is essential, along with strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies for critical, senior, and niche positions.
- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior and business-critical roles, delving into advanced headhunting and market mapping.
- Design and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, combining talent intelligence, competitor insights, and proactive outreach to source and secure top talent.
- Proactively build long-term pipelines for leadership and specialist roles, ensuring readiness for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with employer branding colleagues to co-create campaigns that resonate with senior talent audiences and strengthen LeoVegas’ reputation as an employer of choice.
- Provide talent market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform on recruitment decisions.
- Take ownership of strategic TA projects (e.g. process improvement, new tools, DEI initiatives, or talent intelligence projects) to enhance the overall recruitment function.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert within the TA team, sharing knowledge and best practices, and giving direction and coaching when needed to your peers.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in-house and/or agency recruitment, with proven success in senior and niche hiring.
- Strong track record of stakeholder partnership at leadership level, with the ability to challenge and influence when needed.
- Advanced expertise in direct sourcing methodologies, headhunting, and talent mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Industry knowledge of iGaming and/or Sports is preferred
- Analytical and data-driven, able to provide insightful requisition reporting and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and adaptable.
