We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment & Fund Services team at Mercer. This hybrid role, based in Melbourne, involves managing and maintaining unit pricing activities for Mercer Super Trust, supporting auditors, performing calculations, assisting with projects, and improving procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of unit pricing experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Excel.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Unit Pricing Analyst, with experience in Superannuation highly regarded.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail with advanced numerical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including macros, and ability to analyse detailed information and systems.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment & Fund Services team at Mercer. This role will ideally be based in Melbourne; however, we are open to other locations for the right candidate. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of unit pricing activities for Mercer Super Trust and related products, including daily reviews, system and fee maintenance, tax provisions, quarterly fee reviews, and monthly reporting.
  • Support auditors by providing requested documents, liaising with audit personnel, and responding promptly to audit queries.
  • Perform unit pricing calculations and maintain reconciliations during analyst absences, ensuring accuracy of daily unit prices and investment data.
  • Assist the Unit Pricing manager on projects, installations, and transitions related to daily unit price delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve written procedures to enhance processes and reduce business risk.
