Job Description

As a Site Finance Manager, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the location, including monthly reporting for the Coupler product line. You will drive budgeting processes, evaluate key projects, and consolidate financial and operational key figures to analyze the main performance drivers. This role involves coordinating regular reporting and analysis across P/L, operations, and accounting. You will collaborate with P/L and operations teams to develop and implement operational plans, manage Opex analysis, and provide business insights through forecasts and risk analysis. The position requires strong communication and cooperation skills, especially when working with interdisciplinary teams and managers.
Must have:
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Controlling
  • Several years of experience in financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience working with ERP systems

Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?

Als Site Finance Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Finanzanalysen, Prognosen und Berichten für den Standort, einschließlich der monatlichen Berichterstattung für die Coupler-Produktlinie. Gleichzeitig treiben Sie Budgetierungsprozesse voran, bewerten wichtige Projekte und konsolidieren finanzielle sowie betriebliche Kennzahlen, um die wichtigsten Leistungstreiber zu analysieren.

Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzmanagement, idealerweise im Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Kostenrechnung

  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen sowie in der Integration von Finanzprozessen und Tools

  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und entscheidungsrelevante Informationen abzuleiten

  • Starke Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im Umgang mit interdisziplinären Teams und Führungskräften

  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Ergebnisorientierung

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (internationale Berichtslinien)

Wie sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus? 

  • Koordination von regelmäßigen Reportings und Analysen über P/L, Operations und Buchhaltung hinweg

  • Zusammenarbeit mit den P/L- und Betriebsteams bei der Entwicklung von wertschöpfenden und umsetzbaren Betriebsplänen und Führung bei der Umsetzung dieser Pläne

  • Verantwortung der Opex-Analysen und Berichten mit Fokus auf Budgeteinhaltung

  • Bereitstellung von Business Insights durch präzise Forecasts, Risiko- und Chancenanalysen

  • Leitung der Cashflow-Prognose und -Budgetierung
