Your daily life
The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radio communications, resilient network and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.
The SwEM drives the software engineering activities necessary for the development of a software solution element or product, in coherence with constraints provided by the Solution.
It is part of a development approach based on Agile and co-engineering methods.
As part of your SwEM mission, you:
- define software development activities in coherence with the Solution and upstream plans in a spirit of Co-Engineering;
- adjust the software engineering environment (processes, practices, and tools) and formalize it in a plan;
- plan and coordinate activities, allocate responsibilities to employees, then monitor the proper execution of work;
- manage, where applicable, software subcontracting activities;
- are responsible for the quality of the developments entrusted to you, in compliance with operational needs and commitments made to the client.
