The Workplace Team is an organization responsible for creating, operating, and supporting KRAFTON's work environment. It consists of work professionals who proactively respond to changes, learn, and grow together. Although each member has different roles and responsibilities, they collaborate across boundaries to complete tasks. We closely align with the company's direction to improve employee productivity, thereby promoting the company's continuous growth and contributing to strengthening recruitment competitiveness. We also aim to create a work environment that maximizes KRAFTON's values of collaboration, immersion, and creativity.

Introducing the mission you will undertake with our team.
- Reception desk duties: visitor access control and parking support, ID card rental
- Document handling duties: managing internal member's parcels/registered mail/quick mail
- Office supplies and medicine management duties: managing items in each floor's OA room/medicine storage area
- Facility management duties: meeting rooms, in-house PC room, air conditioning, building ventilation, DID, interpretation rooms, lighting management, etc.
We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required)
- MS Office and basic computer skills: Must be proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and smooth communication skills: Ability to quickly resolve issues through smooth communication with members is required.
- Problem-solving skills and meticulousness: Ability to quickly solve various problems and a personality that meticulously handles and records details are required.
- Time management and multitasking abilities: Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time efficiently by prioritizing.
- Responsible and diligent attitude: A responsible and diligent attitude to complete assigned tasks is important.
- No disqualification for overseas business trips.
If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred)
- Experience in general affairs support for mid-sized/large corporations or office desk experience in the IT industry (3+ years)
- Proficiency in foreign languages (English) preferred

To join KRAFTON's challenge, the following selection process is required.
- Document Screening > Phone Interview > Practical Interview (Technical Fit Interview) > Final Interview (Culture Fit Interview) > Offer and Onboarding
- As this is an ongoing recruitment, it may close early if excellent candidates are hired.
- Successful candidates for each stage will be individually notified via the email or phone number registered in their application.
- Please note in advance that the phone interview is an optional stage conducted as needed, not a mandatory one. Detailed information will be provided individually.
