Job Summary
Job Description
The Global Creative Division at Krafton is seeking a Sr. Creative Producer to lead the planning, production, and operation of brand content and campaigns targeting a global audience based on Krafton's IP. The role involves creative direction for global campaigns, including design, branding, motion graphics, live action, and cinematic elements. The producer will collaborate with domestic and international production houses and internal artists to create unique content. The candidate will also be responsible for proactively planning and executing content utilizing innovative technologies like AI and Unreal, as well as managing the creative campaign strategy from start to finish. This position requires a candidate who can think proactively and solve problems.
Must have:
- Experience in creative roles within industries requiring creative work (9+ years)
- Experience as an art director, creative director, or similar role at an advertising agency, brand, or production company.
- Experience planning and launching global creative campaigns for IP, products, and services.
- Experience planning creative campaign strategies and executing production A to Z.
- Experience in experimenting and gaining expertise in various projects.
- Experience in directing domestic and international agencies and productions through flexible communication.
- Ability to think proactively and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Korean and business English for communication with global partners.
- No issues with overseas travel.

- Team Leader experience
- Experience planning various service projects
- High interest and understanding of the gaming and IT industry.
- Passionate PUBG player or high interest and understanding of the gaming industry and subculture
- Experience in social operation, UA creative planning, and production.
- Experience in domestic and international advertising awards/design awards

우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.
- 게임IP를 위한 크리에이티브 캠페인 기획 수립 및 콘텐츠 제작, 프로덕션 운영 등
- 글로벌 캠페인을 위한 크리에이티브 디렉팅 : 디자인, 브랜딩, 모션그래픽, 라이브 액션 및 시네마틱 등의 비주얼 퀄리티 체크
- 국내/해외 프로덕션, 내부 아티스트들과 협업하며 유니크한 창작물을 만들기 위한 기획과 컨셉 방향을 고민
- 경쟁사가 시도한적 없는 도전적인 크리에이티브(A.I, New Tech etc)를 활용한 콘텐츠를 선제적으로 기획하고 실행
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)
- 브랜드, IP(콘텐츠), 상품 등의 크리에이티브가 필요한 산업에서 크리에이티브를 담당한 경험 (9년 이상)
- 종합광고대행사, 브랜드, IP를 보유한 제작사의 아트디렉터, 크리에이티브 디렉터 또는 그에 준하는 조건
- IP, 상품, 서비스 글로벌 크리에이티브 기획 및 런칭 경험
- 크리에이티브 캠페인 전략 기획 및 프로덕션 A to Z까지 완료한 경험
- 프로젝트의 새로움을 위해 다양한 시도와 노하우를 쌓아온 경험
- 유연한 커뮤니케이션을 바탕으로 국내외 에이전시 및 프로덕션을 디렉팅해 본 경험
- 주도적으로 사고하고 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력
- 글로벌 파트너와의 소통을 위한 한국어 및 비즈니스 영어 능숙자
- 해외 출장에 결격사유가 없는 분
