Job Description

This Staff Project Manager role at Level Infinite, Tencent's global gaming brand, involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with overseas studios, optimizing communication, and managing technical requirements from excavation to successful project milestone achievement.   • Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of relevant work experience in the game industry, having participated in the complete process of a game from project initiation to launch.
  • Fluent in Japanese communication, familiar with Japanese game corporate culture.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, able to collaborate efficiently across teams, excellent driving ability, able to identify and manage risks, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Strong learning ability and strong self-motivation, proactive, able to quickly adapt to different work modules, strong execution.

What the Role Entails

1. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with overseas studios, and optimize the communication process between overseas studios and technical teams;

2. Responsible for the excavation and technical docking of studio technical requirements, formulating good promotion plans based on the characteristics of studio projects, ensuring delivery quality, and being responsible for achieving key technical milestones of the final project.

Salary

Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)

*Consideration will be given to experience, skills, etc., and preferential treatment will be given according to company regulations.

*For general employees, 35 hours of fixed overtime pay per month is included.

For managerial positions, 10 hours of fixed overtime pay is included.

Working Hours and Holidays

Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes

Flex-time available

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Paid leave: For the first year of employment, granted proportionally based on the month of joining. Up to 22 days based on years of service.

Year-end and New Year holidays (Dec 30 - Jan 3)

Paid sick leave: 12 days/year (granted separately from paid leave)
