Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated creative leader with a deep passion for video games to define and drive the visual vision of AAA projects. The Art Director will inspire and mentor the art team, shaping unforgettable worlds. Responsibilities include supervising the art team for AAA 3D games, setting artistic standards, overseeing artistic guidelines across all production aspects, empowering team leads for quality, partnering with creative and technical leads for cohesive experiences, and collaborating on promotional materials and campaigns.
Must Have:
- Mentor, direct, and supervise a dedicated art team in creating AAA 3D games.
- Challenge innovation and set artistic standards through the visual identity you establish for each project.
- Define and oversee artistic guidelines across all aspects of production: characters, vehicles, environments, props, cinematics, special effects, and post-processing.
- Empower Team Leads and their teams to achieve best-in-class quality.
- Partner with Creative and Technical Leads to merge visuals, technology, and gameplay into a cohesive AAA experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and licensing teams to design and deliver promotional materials, trailers, and campaigns.
