Job Description

DevRev is seeking ambitious Support Engineers to join their global team. The role involves supporting the integration of various enterprise platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce, debugging ETL pipelines, and working with APIs and data mapping. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in SQL and scripting languages, contributing to the future of work with DevRev's AI teammate, Computer.
Good To Have:
  • Prior experience supporting or working on Agentic AI systems, LLMs, or AI copilots
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and build tools
  • Exposure to customer support systems and experience collaborating with support/customer success teams
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from logs and telemetry data
  • Knowledge of Typescript, Python, SQL, GoLang for debugging, investigation, and lightweight patching
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field/equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or integration support role
  • Hands-on experience with supporting integration of Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Google Drive/Mail/Meet or other enterprise support/CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between SaaS tools
  • Experience debugging ETL pipelines across distributed systems and enterprise support/CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python preferred) for debugging and triaging
  • Solid understanding of JSON payloads, DataDog logs, REST APIs, POSTMAN and integration patterns
  • Strong customer empathy, troubleshooting skills, and a bias for action
  • Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and integration guides
  • Work experience with global, cross-functional teams

We are looking for ambitious and authentic Support Engineers who are excited to bring fresh ideas from all areas to their work, including artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, mobile, information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, and more. Minimum qualifications:
