Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner, shaping our recruitment strategy and attracting exceptional talent for commercial and operations teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, bringing creativity to sourcing, streamlining processes, and delivering a standout candidate experience. You will also collaborate with our employer branding team to position LeoVegas as a top employer in the iGaming industry. We seek someone with a solid background in talent acquisition, essential gaming/sports industry experience, strong communication, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the hiring process
  • Creating effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
  • Candidate sourcing through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter & other job boards
  • Candidate management throughout the full recruitment cycle
  • Proactively building and managing talent pipelines for critical roles, planning for future needs
  • Working closely with employer branding to accurately portray LeoVegas culture and enhance employer reputation
  • At least three years in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience within the iGaming industry

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our recruitment strategy and attracting exceptional talent for our commercial and operations teams. Working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, you’ll bring creativity and innovation to sourcing, streamlining recruitment processes, and delivering a standout candidate experience. You will also work closely with our employer branding team to help to position LeoVegas as a top employer in the highly competitive iGaming industry.

We are looking for someone with a solid background in talent acquisition, whether from an agency or in-house recruitment setting. Experience within the gaming and/or sports industries is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. If you’re a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders, this could be the perfect role for you.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • At least three years in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience within the iGaming industry
