Teamleader Logistics Support

Your Role

As Team Lead Operations Logistics Support, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of your team (approx.

<15 direct and indirect reports). You coordinate activities, coach team members, and monitor performance to ensure optimal efficiency and service delivery. With a strong focus on people management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, you contribute directly to the achievement of departmental and company goals.

You will:

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the operations logistics support team
• Translate the broader operations and logistics plan into a concrete action plan for your team
• Ensure work is planned, distributed, and executed in line with guidelines and procedures
• Lead, coach, and support your team members, fostering collaboration and positive culture
• Monitor performance and KPIs, taking corrective action when needed
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing and optimizing processes, techniques, and systems
• Support and deliver on assigned projects within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously develop your expertise to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile

• Strong leadership skills: able to coach, motivate, and develop a small team
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with an eye for detail and efficiency
• Strong communicator: able to maintain clear communication with stakeholders at different levels
• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination is a strong asset
• Comfortable working in an international environment and across departments
