Your Role

As Team Lead Operations Logistics Support, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of your team (approx.

<15 direct and indirect reports). You coordinate activities, coach team members, and monitor performance to ensure optimal efficiency and service delivery. With a strong focus on people management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, you contribute directly to the achievement of departmental and company goals.

You will:

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination is a strong asset
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and across departments
