Eneba is building a marketplace for gamers, supporting over 10 million active users. The Eneba Hub team, focused on data and gaming trends, creates content to help gamers make informed decisions. As a Technical Content Operations Specialist, you will maintain on-page content for the Eneba Hub, uploading new content, ensuring quality, SEO, and CRO best practices. You will also perform content audits, utilize the admin panel's functionality, and collaborate with teams on content projects. This role requires timely task management and mastery of content functions within the Hub's admin panel. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to grow, takes ownership, and has a get-it-done attitude.

About the opportunity

As a Technical Content Operations specialist, you will take care of on-page content maintenance at the Eneba hub. You’ll be the go-to person to upload new content, ensuring it complies with our quality standards, SEO and CRO best practices. You’ll also perform content audits, ensuring that every article we publish fully uses the admin panel’s functionality. Finally, you’ll collaborate with the team and/or XFNs on content-related projects and ad-hoc requests. The opportunity is about timely & efficient task management and mastering the content functions of the Hub’s admin panel. 
We’re looking to strengthen our team with a highly motivated, eager-to-grow individual who isn’t  scared to take ownership and already knows the ins and outs of Eneba. If you have this get-it-done attitude and are looking to grow, you might be just the right person for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Upload new content (commercial & affiliate articles in English): Efficiently handle daily content uploads needs, ensuring all content is accurately and timely uploaded onto the website and adheres to our quality standards. 
  • Source visuals (game screenshots and affiliate product pictures): Manage search and screenshot capture for upcoming publications. Work with writers to identify visual content scope for an article and create screenshots that resonate with the article's contents and comply with quality standards.
  • Manage mass content updates: Take ownership of mass content audits, following SEO and CRO guidelines, just as initiate, define scope, and update content after new elements are added to our admin panel.
  • Drive continuous content improvements: Initiate, pitch, and drive improvement implementations to both content management workflows and content management tools we use.
  • Collaborate within XFN (cross-functional collaboration): Work in tandem with SEO, Content, and other marketing teams to implement and enforce content quality assurance processes.

Requirements
  • Content Management Skills: Proficient in editing and uploading tasks, with a strong ability to maintain a consistent workflow and manage scope growth through optimization and automation.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying and rectifying content errors and inconsistencies.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, both independently and within a team framework.
  • Video Game Knowledge: Keen interest in video games (genres, formats and big names).
  • Process-Oriented Approach: A methodical mindset geared towards systematic and step-by-step execution of assigned tasks.
  • Industry Insight: Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the marketing and gaming industries, with keen insight into current market trends and product formats.
