Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for developing, preparing, and delivering technical training courses for both internal and external customers.

Your role and responsibilities

• During the first months, you will be immersed in the existing package of technical training courses. You will be given time to acquire professional knowledge in various areas and further develop your technical skills.
• Over time, you will become responsible for a number of training courses, including their content, preparation, and delivery.
• The training courses take place in our brand-new training center or at the client's location.
• To achieve all this, we are looking for someone with a passion for technology who constantly wants to update their knowledge.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent by experience. Preferably in electromechanics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, or mechanics is a big plus.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, English, and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are very strong communicatively: you are able to give a presentation in an engaging, interactive way, including via digital media.
• You are didactically skilled. Experience in classroom / online teaching is a plus but not a must.
• You can work independently and are an organizational talent.
• You are flexible regarding travel. You are willing to travel regularly within Belgium and, at a later stage, within Europe.
