Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and meeting targets through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, promoting our products/services, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate sales, and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert potential leads into sales by understanding customer requirements, presenting the right products/services, and closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and following up on their needs.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, handle customer objections, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve products/services and sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, telephony systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and complaints effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales techniques.
