Funciones a desempeñar:
- Gestión documental.
- Atención de reclamaciones de clientes de servicios financieros.
- Apoyo en la gestión de consultas.
- Trámites electrónicos a través de la red y los portales oficiales.
- Archivo y clasificación del material documental del despacho.
Competencias requeridas:
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Alta motivación.
- Iniciativa.
- Proactividad en la resolución de problemas.
- Nivel de inglés.
- Comunicativo/a, con una buena visión comercial.
- Capaz de detectar oportunidades.
