Implement and coordinate global mobility operations, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax and company policies. Support international assignments and relocations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide a consistent and compliant mobility experience. Must have experience with U.S. Immigration, including but not limited to auditing labor condition applications and public access files, reviewing requests for L-1 qualification under managerial and specialized knowledge, and permanent resident processes including PERM and EB-1, 2, and 3 I-140's.
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140.
