3D Environment Artist

At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We build games like MaskGun (65M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and we are also building India’s most ambitious game Indus, an Indo-futuristic battle Royale.

SuperGaming is looking for highly skilled and creative 3D environment artist with expertise in Physically-Based Rendering (PBR) techniques to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually stunning and realistic 3D environments for our upcoming Cinematic trailer. You will work closely with other artists, designers, and developers to ensure that your creations meet the technical requirements of the project while also achieving the desired artistic vision. Overall, a 3D Environment Artist plays a crucial role in the development of any project that requires realistic and immersive environments. They must possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team to bring the project to life.

Responsibilities

• Creating highly detailed 3D environments using software such as Maya or 3ds Max
• Creating textures, materials, and lighting setups using PBR workflows to achieve the desired look and feel
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the environments fit within the overall project scope and narrative
• Staying up to date with the latest 3D modeling and texturing techniques, with a focus on PBR workflows
  
  

Experience & Skills Required

• Good understanding of proportions, architecture, hard surface & non-organic modeling
• Expertise in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, with a focus on PBR workflows
• Strong understanding of game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, with a focus on PBR,HDRP/URP techniques
• Work closely with other departments, suggest ideas and solutions to get the desired output
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant requirements
