As a 3D Game Artist at Hyperlab, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and optimizing 3D assets, including models, animations, rigs, UV maps, and textures.
• Implementing and fine-tuning assets within the Unity Editor.
• Utilizing your strong art skills to enhance color theory, composition, and visual harmony for high-quality hybrid casual art.
• Ensuring all assets meet performance and technical requirements.
• Assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving artistic and technical issues.
• Staying updated with industry trends to continuously improve art quality and efficiency.
• Collaborating seamlessly with other departments to integrate art assets.
• Maintaining current documentation of processes and workflows.

• 2-3 years of experience in 3D art.
• Proficient in Blender: low-poly/high-poly modeling, animation, rigging, UV mapping, and textures.
• Experience with Unity Editor.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including color theory, light and shadow, form, and composition.
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop.
• Expertise in mesh and texture optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills and a team player.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Strong understanding of the game industry.
